The Federation Of Environmental Trade Associations (FETA) is the recognised UK body representing the interests of over 400 manufacturers, suppliers, installers and contractors within the heating, ventilating, building controls, refrigeration & air conditioning.

NICEIC is the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body, offering leading certification services and Building Regulations Schemes. Approved contractors undergo regular checks to ensure compliance.

Refcom is the Register of Companies Competent to Handle Refrigerants and ensure best practice in the industry. F-Gas certification through Refcom is a legal requirement for all businesses that install, maintain or service stationary refrigeration, air-conditioning and/or heat pump equipment containing or designed to contain F-Gas.

As an accredited member of the Renewable Energy Consumer Code DCI adheres to a strict code of practice concerned with the selling or leasing of small-scale renewable or low carbon heat or power generaion units.

In the unlikely event of any there being any issue relating to DCI’s installation of any such products and which DCI’s customer services cannot resolve, consumers can contact RECC as a certified ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) provider.
